As uncertainty increases surrounding the outbreak of Coronavirus we wish to reassure our clients that in so far as possible we will continue to operate as normal for as long as we are allowed to do so
Continuation of Service
The health and wellbeing of our staff is of paramount importance as is the duty of care we have to our clients. The coronavirus outbreak as created a great deal of uncertainty and is an evolving situation which we are all trying to keep up with. We wanted to let you all know that in so far as possible we have a continuity plan in place to minimise risk and continue to provide the service level you have come to expect.
To the fullest extent possible and while we are allowed to do so, we will keep our office open. In some circumstances we may be in contact with you in the next few days to discuss working arrangements.
In order to minimise risk we would ask that clients do not attend the office without prior agreement for any reason. If you need to attend the office please liaise with your normal Crossley and Davis contact to check that arrangements can be made or to explore options as to how information can be exchanged electronically/remotely.
We are advising that if staff or clients are suffering from any symptoms described in the latest NHS or Public Health England advice, they should stay at home so we can minimise any risk of infection at our office.
HMRC have set up a phone helpline to support businesses and self-employed people concerned about not being able to pay their tax due tax due to coronavirus.
The helpline number is 0800 0159 559. The business Debtline website can also be used to access further information.
Our team will remain accessible where possible so please do not hesitate to contact us.
